When the happiness surrounded yourself, you never understanding what happen, and why this is happen, all the things are you neglects, but when you are surrounded by sorrows and worries then, immediately you are blaming others, or searching for the reason. When you are in happy you are neglect the things which is given you these happiness, when you are unhappy you are searching for reason why we are unhappy. The same things,  if you are not find the reason why we are happy, that is because of the existence, never make any one unhappy but our mind does not with stand that happiness  every time , because of our mind never accept, the surrounded  happiness every time,  we are make that things unhappiness, otherwise we are not satisfied our self, that is the ordinary human, mind, why because we are not knowing the lovingness or love, because the lovingness always surrounded by us, by the nature, but we are find out, out of this happiness we created the unhappiness, therefore these poem says if you are in love or lovingness don’t search the reason, just enjoy the lovingness, that things make you every time with happiness, if you are surrounded by your lovingness, or spread your lovingness, you never become unhappy, if you are ignoring your love or lovingness you are never get happiness ever. If you are closed your lovingness then you never find any happiness or enlightenment, if you are open your lovingness then you will spread the happiness and also you will find out your enlightenment.

8 Tips for People with No Willpower

people who have no willpower are unhappy, unsuccessful, and it seems they can’t accomplish anything in life. If it sounds familiar to you, you should know that you’re not alone. There are many people who lack willpower. It’s not a fate, it’s your choice. You don’t believe in yourself and your abilities, because it’s easier to say ‘I can’t do it.’ In fact, you can do everything that a human being can do. If you want, you can find willpower to eat healthy, exercise regularly, accomplish that big project, and reach any goal. According to the American Psychological Association (APA), willpower is the ability to resist short-term temptations in order to meet long-term goals. It means, if you want to shrink your waistline, you should resist the temptation of eating high-calorie treats in order to reach your weight loss goal. We need willpower to live a happy and fullfilled life. If you think you don’t have enough willpower to achieve your goals, here are a few tips to consider.

1. Stay positive

Positivity can heal your life. It can brighten a dull day, make you feel good and look good. It can help you make more friends and become more successful at work. Positivity can help you stay healthy and fit. Positive people have more willpower to reach their goals. If you have no willpower, start with cultivating a positive attitude. Learn how to laugh at an awkward situation, cope with any difficult situation, resist temptations and survive a hard day with the smile on your face. With smiles and laughter, your days will be more bearable and more joyous and you won’t notice that you lack willpower.

2. Eat healthy

If needed, I will repeat a few times that you should eat healthy. A healthy meal plan is the key to better health, high energy levels, more willpower and longer life. Eating a healthy breakfast helps you keep your weight under control, increase your energy levels and tackle the day’s problems easier and faster. When you are slim and full of energy, you are more confident and successful. However, you should also make healthy snack choices and cook a healthy dinner, as well. Moreover, it’s important to drink enough water to stay hydrated.
3. Stay active
Break a habit of spending your weekends in front of the TV or laptop. Get up and go for a walk, or run, or a bike ride. Start maintaining your garden (if you have it, of course), keep your house clean, volunteer, and play with your pet. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, or at least get out of it a few floors early and use the stairs. Whatever you choose to do, make sure you don’t spend your day or evening lying on the couch. You have a willpower to stay active throughout the day. Just stick to a healthy diet to boostyour energy, stay positive to boost your mood, and believe in yourself to boost your confidence.

4. Get rid of envy and jealousy

People who lack confidence and willpower tend to be jealous and envious of what other people have. Get rid of envy and jealousy to find more willpower to live your own life. Studies shows that envy and jealousy can spoil life of the most successful people. These feelings prevent you from being productive, happy, and confident. Envy and jealousy can also lead to a number of illnesses, including anxiety anddepression.

5. Stop comparing yourself to others

Just because your friend has more willpower to do something doesn’t mean that she is better or stronger than you. Trust me, you may have even more willpower than she has. You just need to discover that willpower. It’s okay to find a role model and copy some of their traits, but don’t live someone else’s life, live your own life. Be yourself, be proud of who you are and love yourself.
6. Reduce your stress levels
I’m sure that most of you know about the drawbacks of stress and its negative effect on our health and overall well-being. The only thing I want to tell you is that it’s crucial to keep your stress levels under control. It’s okay to feel stressed every now and then, but if you have to deal with stress every day, you should learn how to fight it. Go for a walk, breathe deeply and enjoy the nature. It’s one of the most effective ways to reduce your stress levels.

7. Read motivational books

I believe in a power of reading books. Books help us feel better, live better and they help us escape from a reality for a while. You can find a solution to your problems in books, as well. Read a few pages of a motivational book each day to boost your willpower and improve your life. Avoid reading online, though. If you don’t like reading or if you can’t read at home, make a habit of going to your local library each day to read your favorite book. No one will disturb you, which means you will read more pages. The library is the best choice since it has less distractions.

8. Fill your heart with love

When I wrote the word ‘love,’ I didn’t think about a loving relationship. If you don’t have a partner, it doesn’t mean that you don’t love anyone. You love many people and things. Write down the list of the people and things you love in life and you will see that your life is full of love; you simply don’t notice it. Love your parents, friends, animals, nature, country, city, job, etc. Fill your heart with love and it will help you overcome any obstacles, challenges and difficulties.
I believe all people have strong willpower, you are no exception. Learn how to use it effectively and it will help you succeed in life and become a bit happier. Hopefully, my tips helped you. Dealing with morning anxiety is never easy, even if you take some medication. I have to cope with my morning anxiety occasionally, but I’m not a fan of medication so I decided to do a research and found out a few ways to relieve my morning anxiety naturally. If you are anything like me, then I may help you. I’m strongly believe that the body heals itself, you simply need to give it a chance to do so. Follow these tips for reducing your morning anxiety and you will be able to wake up and say ‘What a beautiful morning today’ each morning.

1. Get up earlier

Sleeping in can make you more anxious, so try to get up earlier in the morning. Studies show that people who have a habit of sleeping more than 9 hours a night tend to suffer from anxiety, depression, obesity and many other health issues. However, lack of sleep can lead to many health issues as well, so make sure you sleep 7-8 hours each night. Develop a habit of going to bed earlier and getting up earlier in order to have time to have a breakfast and exercise in the morning. Plus, it’s good for your skin. People who go to bed earlier tend to have a clearer skin.

2. Exercise

Yes, yes, I know you are afraid of the word ‘exercise’ early in the morning, but did you know that it’s one of the most effective ways to relieve your morning anxiety, boost your mood and energy and improve your overall health? I’m not going to urge you to run or walk in the park early in the morning (especially now when it’s so cold outside!) But I suggest that you do a few simple exercises such as jumping rope, sit-ups or yoga. Give it a try once you wake up, you will be surprised how wonderful the morning is!

3. Have a healthy breakfast

I hope you know that you should never skip your breakfast, but you should also pay attention to your morning eating plan. It’s wise to opt for oatmeal, eggs, omelets, fruit smoothies or pancakes, but you should also incorporate more greens into your breakfast. Whether it’s a green smoothie, a green salad or some raw greens, eat it every morning to reduce your anxiety. Greens are fortified with chlorophyll and magnesium, which helps ease tension, relieve anxiety, improve your focus and boost your energylevels.

4. Reduce your caffeine intake

In order to eliminate morning anxiety from your life, reduce your caffeine intake. If you can’t imagine your morning without that joe, it can be hard to do it, but so rewarding. High caffeine intake increase your blood pressure and stress levels, not to mention it worsens your morning anxiety. Instead of coffee, you can enjoy some smoothies (I recommend a green smoothie) or a cup of green tea. Although green tea contains some caffeine, it’s much healthier than coffee.

5. Reduce your sugar intake

When you are dealing with morning anxiety, it’s crucial to keep your blood sugar under control. The thing is, when your blood sugar is too high or too low, it makes you feel tired, sluggish and sleepy. Sugar can cause a rapid rise of adrenaline, which can lead to anxiety, hyperactivity, and difficulty learning and concentrating. Limit your sugar intake or quit sugar once and for all. You will improve your overall health and your mornings will be bright and happy.

6. Drink up!

If you don’t want to drink a smoothie or green tea in the morning, opt for plain water or lemon water. Dehydration is often the result of many diseases. It’s recommended to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and the first glass should be drunk early in the morning. I recommend you to try lemon water. Not only will lemon water relieve your anxiety, but it will also speed up your metabolism, helping digest your breakfast better, boost your energy levels, improve your skin health and many more.
Don’t let anxiety ruin your morning and day. Find the best way to combat anxiety as soon as possible in order to live a healthier, happier life. Remember about the power of positive thinking and gratitude. Stay positive and gratitude each day. Every morning be thankful for waking up and being alive.
