               லாட்டரி அல்லது சூதாட்டத்தில் வெற்றி பெற்ற ஒருவர் 100 மில்லியன் வென்றாலும் பணக்காரன் இல்லை. அவர் பணம் அதிகம் உள்ள ஒரு ஏழைதான்.  அதனால்தான் 90% லாட்டரி கோடீஸ்வரர்கள் 5 ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பிறகு மீண்டும் ஏழைகளாக மாறுகிறார்கள்.

 பணமில்லாத பணக்காரர்களும் உங்களிடம் இருக்கிறார்கள். உதாரணமாக, பெரும்பாலான தொழில்முனைவோர். பணம் இல்லாவிட்டாலும், அவர்கள் ஏற்கனவே செல்வத்தின் பாதையில் இருக்கிறார்கள், ஏனென்றால் அவர்கள் தங்கள் நிதி நுண்ணறிவை வளர்த்துக் கொள்கிறார்கள், அதுதான் செல்வம்.

 பணக்காரர்களும் ஏழைகளும் எவ்வாறு வேறுபடுகிறார்கள்?

           எளிமையாகச் சொல்வதென்றால்; பணக்காரர், பணக்காரர் ஆவதற்காகத் தன்னையே அர்ப்பணிப்பார். அதே சமயம் ஏழை பணக்காரன் ஆவதற்காக  கொலை கூடச் செய்யலாம்.

பயிற்சி பெற, புதிய விஷயங்களைக் கற்க, தன்னைத் தொடர்ந்து மேம்படுத்திக் கொள்ள முயலும் இளைஞரைப் பார்த்தால், அவர் பணக்காரர் என்பதை அறிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.

           அரசாங்கம்தான் பிரச்சனை என்று எண்ணி, பணக்காரர்களை எல்லாம் திருடர்கள் என்று நினைத்து, தொடர்ந்து விமர்சிக்கும் இளைஞனைப் பார்த்தால், அவன் ஒரு ஏழை என்பதைத் தெரிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.

செல்வந்தர்கள் தங்களுக்கு தகவல் மற்றும் பயிற்சி தேவை என்று நம்புகிறார்கள். 

       ஏழைகள் மற்றவர்கள் பணம் கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று நினைக்கிறார்கள்.

 முடிவில், என் மகள் ஒரு ஏழையை மணக்க மாட்டாள் என்று நான் சொன்னால், நான் பணத்தைப் பற்றி பேசவில்லை. அந்த மனிதனிடம் செல்வத்தை உருவாக்கும் திறனைப் பற்றி நான் பேசுகிறேன்.

இதைச் சொன்னதற்காக என்னை மன்னிக்கவும்......

ஆனால் பெரும்பாலான குற்றவாளிகள் ஏழைகள். பணத்தின் முன் நிற்கும் போது மனம் தளர்ந்து, சுய அறிவை இழந்து விடுகிறார்கள். அதனால்தான் கொள்ளையடிக்க, திருட முனைகிறார்கள். 

           அவர்கள்  இதை ஒரு அதிர்ஷ்டம் என்று எண்ணுகின்றார்கள். ஏனென்றால் எவ்வாறு பணம் சம்பாதிக்க முடியும் என்று அவர்களுக்குத் தெரியாது.

 ஒரு நாள், ஒரு வங்கியின் காவலாளி பணம் நிறைந்த பையைக் கண்டார்.

அவர் பையை எடுத்து வங்கி மேலாளரிடம் கொடுக்கச் சென்றார்.

 மக்கள் இந்த மனிதனை முட்டாள் என்று அழைத்தனர்.

ஆனால் உண்மையில் இந்த மனிதன் பணம் இல்லாத ஒரு பணக்காரன்.

ஒரு வருடம் கழித்து, வங்கி அவருக்கு வரவேற்பாளராக வேலை வழங்கியது.

3 ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பிறகு அவர் வாடிக்கையாளர் மேலாளராக இருந்தார்.

10 ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பிறகு அவர் இந்த வங்கியின் மண்டல நிர்வாகத்தை நிர்வகிக்கிறார். 

அவர் நூற்றுக்கணக்கான ஊழியர்களை நிர்வகிக்கிறார், மற்றும் அவரது வருடாந்திர போனஸ் அவர் அன்று திருடியிருக்கக் கூடிய தொகையை விட பல மடங்கு மிக அதிகமாக உள்ளது. 

முதலில் செல்வம் என்பது ரொக்கம்/சொத்து அல்ல;  அது ஒரு மனநிலை என்பதைப் புரிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்  நண்பர்களே!!

                First, understand that wealth is not a fat bank account.

  Wealth is primarily the ability to create wealth.

  Example:

                A person who wins the lottery or gambling is not rich even if he wins 100 million.  He is a poor man with a lot of money.  That’s why 90% of lottery millionaires become poor again after 5 years.

  You have the rich who have no money.  For example, most entrepreneurs.  Even without money, they are already on the path to wealth because they develop their financial intelligence and that is wealth.

  How do the rich and the poor differ?

            Simply put;  The rich will dedicate themselves to becoming rich.  At the same time the poor can even commit murder to become rich.

 If you see a young person trying to train, learn new things, and constantly improve himself, know that he is rich.

            If you see a young man who thinks the government is the problem and thinks the rich are all thieves and constantly criticizes, then you know he is a poor man.

 Wealthy people believe they need information and training.

        The poor think others have to pay.

  In the end, if I told my daughter that she would never marry a poor man, I would not talk about money.  I'm talking about the ability to create wealth for that man.

 Excuse me for saying this ......

 But most of the culprits are the poor.  When they stand in front of money they become depressed and lose self-awareness.  That is why they tend to rob and steal.

            They think this is a stroke of luck.  Because they do not know how to make money.

  One day, a bank clerk found a bag full of money.

 He took the bag and went to give it to the bank manager.

  People called this man stupid.

 But really this man is a rich man with no money.

 A year later, the bank offered him a job as a receptionist.

 After 3 years he was the customer manager.

 After 10 years he manages the regional management of this bank.

 He manages hundreds of employees, and his annual bonus is many times greater than the amount he could have stolen that day.

 Wealth in the first place is not cash / property;  Understand that it's a mood guys !!
