ஒரு ஆணும் பெண்ணும் கலவியிலே ஈடுபட்டு தன் ஐம்புலன்களும் ஒடுங்கி, உச்ச நிலை இன்பம் அடைவார்கள். ஆனால் அது சில நிமிட நேரத்திலேயே முடிந்து விடும். பின் கருப்பிடித்து சீவன் உருவாகும். இது உடலின் கீழ்புறத்தில் நடக்கும் கலவி. இதே உவமை தான் உடலின் மேல்புறத்திலும், அதாவது சிரசு பகுதியில். நம் சிரம் தான் கருவறை, சிவத்தின் கருவறை.

பிங்கலை: சூரிய நாடி, ஒளி, ஆண் தன்மை, வெப்பம்.

இதையெல்லாம் பலரும் அறிந்திருப்பீர்கள்.

நம் சுவாசத்தின் பெரும்பாலான நேரத்தில் ஒன்று சந்திரகலை சுவாசம் ஓடும். அல்லது சூரிய கலை சுவாசம் ஓடும். மிக அரிதாக சில நேரத்தில் இரண்டிலும் ஒன்றாக ஒரே சுவாசம் ஓடும். அது சுழுமுனை எனப்படும். இந்த நேரத்தில் எவ்வித உலக விஷயங்களிலும் ஈடுபடாமல் சுவாசத்தில் மனதை வைத்து புருவ மத்தியில் மனதை வைத்து பழக வேண்டும்.

முதுகு தண்டுவடத்தின் கீழ்புறத்தில் ஆணும் பெண்ணும் இணைந்தால், விந்தும் நாதமும் ஒன்றாகி, ஐம்புலனும் ஒடுங்கி, சிறிது நேரம் இன்பம் அடைந்து, சீவன் உருவாகும்.
