[12/4, 5:37 AM] Jagadeesh Krishnan: இந்தியாவில் ஞானமடைந்த மனிதர்களில் மிக முக்கியமானவர் ரமண மகரிஷி. 

இவர் சொல்ல வருவது ஒரே ஒரு செய்தியை தான். 

இவர் ஒரு சாதாரண மனிதர். 

இவர் மிகப்பெரிய  அறிஞரல்ல .

 இவர் வீட்டை விட்டு வெளியேறும்போது இவருக்கு வயது பதினேழு தான்.

 அப்போது படிப்பறிவற்றவராகவே இவர் இருந்தார்.

 உலக மொத்தத்திலிலுமிருந்து இவரிடம் வருவர்களை எவ்வளவு பெரியா ஆளாக இருந்தாலும்''எங்காவது ஒரு மூலையில் அமருங்கள் என தான் சொல்வார்''. 

இவர் வாழ்ந்த்து அருணாச்சலில் [திருவண்ணமலை]. 

தன்னுடைய சீடர்களிடம் எந்த குகையையாவது சரி செய்ய சொல்வார்.

 அங்கே போய் தியானம் செய்ய அமர்ந்துவிடுவார்.

 ''நான் யார்?'' என தியானம் செய்வார்.

 வேறு எந்த விசாரணைகளும் தேவையில்லை. 

ஒரே கேள்வி '' நான் யார்?'' என்பது தான். 

நான் எல்லா மனிதர்களையும் சந்தித்திருக்கிறேன் . 

இவரை என்னால் சந்திக்கமுடியவில்லை. 

காரணம் இவர் இறக்கும்போது நான் சிறுவயதினனாக இருந்தேன்.

 எப்படியாவது அவரை காண எண்ணினேன் .. 

ஆனால் என் ஊரிலிருந்து அருணாச்சல் 1500 கிமீ.தள்ளியிருந்தது. 

என் தந்தையிடம் பல முறை அருணாச்சல் செல்ல கேட்டிருக்கிறேன்.

 ஆனால் ரமணரோ முதியவர் நானோ இளையவன். 

என் மொழி இந்தி. அவர் மொழி தமிழ்.

 என் மொழி அவருக்கு தெரியாது. அவர்மொழி எனக்கு தெரியாது.

 அப்படியே நான் அவரை காணச்சென்றிருந்தாலும் அந்த அனுபவம் கடினமானதாக இருந்திருக்கும். 

நான் இரயிலில் பயணம் செய்வதாக இருந்தால் அங்கே செல்ல மூன்று நாள் பிடித்திருக்கும். 

பல இரயில்கள் மாற வேண்டியதிருக்கும்.

 பல மொழிகளை தாண்ட வேண்டியதிருக்கும். 

இந்தி பேசும் பகுதிகளை தாண்டினால் மராத்தி. 

அடுத்து ஐதராபாத்தில் உருது. 

அடுத்து தெலுங்கும் மலையாளமும்.

 இவ்வளவையும் கடந்து ரமணரை நான் சந்தித்திருந்தால் அவர் தமிழில் தான் பேசியிருப்பார். 

அதனால் சிறுவனான என்னால் ரமணரை சந்திக்கமுடியாமலே போனது. 

பலவருடங்கள் கழித்து நான் அருணாச்சல் செல்லும்போது அவர் சீடர்களையே சந்திக்கமுடிந்தது.

 அவர்கள் அப்போது வயது முதிர்ந்தவர்களாக இருந்தார்கள்.

 ஆனால் ஒருவருக்கு கூட அந்த மாமனிதன் கூறிச்சென்ற '' நான் யார்? '' என்ற வாக்கியத்திற்கு அர்த்தம் தெரியவில்லை. 

அவர் கூறிச்சென்றதை உணர மொழியறிவே தேவையில்லை. 

அவர்கள் தமிழ் மொழியை நன்றாக அறிந்தவர்கள் தான். 

அவர் சொன்னது 

''உன்னை உள்நோக்கி பார்த்து நீ யார் என்பதை அறிந்து கொள்'' என்பதை தான். 

நான் சென்றபோது அவர்கள் அந்த வாக்கியத்தை மந்திரமாக ஜெபித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தார்கள். 

அவர்கள் தரையில் அமர்ந்து கொண்டு '' நான் யார் .. நான் யார்..'' என ஜெபித்து கொண்டிருந்தார்கள்.

ராமா ராமா என்றும் கிருஷ்ணா கிருஷ்ணா என்றும் ஜெபிப்பதைப்போல அவர்களும் அதே நடைமுறைய கடைப்பிடித்து வந்தார்கள். 

நான் அந்த சீடர்களிடம் '' நீங்கள் இந்த வாழ்க்கை முழுதும் ஜெபித்தாலும் உங்களுக்கு எந்த அனுபவமும் கிடைக்காது'' என்றேன். 

அந்த ஒரு வாக்கியத்தை விட்டுவிட்டு அமைதியாக அமர்ந்து உள்நோக்கி காணுங்கள். 

உங்களைச் சுற்றி பறவைகள் பறக்கும். உங்கள் கனவுகள் ..  ஆயரக்கணக்கான சிந்தனைகள்.. ஏக்கங்கள்..சம்பந்தமற்றவை.. வேண்டாதவை ..ஐயங்கள்.. வழிமுறைகள்.. என தோன்றும். 

அந்த இறைச்சலுடன் கூடிய பஜாரில் [மார்க்கெட்] சலனமற்று அமருங்கள் என அவர்களிடம் கூறினேன்.

பஜார் எனும் வார்த்தை கிழக்கத்திய நாடுகளிலிருந்து வந்ததாக ஆங்கிலேயர்கள் நினைக்கிறார்கள்.

 பஜார் எனும் வார்த்தை BUZZING எனும் ஆங்கில வார்த்தையோடு தொடர்புடையது. 

மிகப்பெரிய சலனங்கள் நிறைந்த பகுதி என்பதை பஜார் என அழைக்கிறோம்.

 நம்முடையை ஒவ்வொருடைய மண்டையும் ஒரு பஜார் தான்.

 இந்த சிறிய மண்டை ஓட்டிற்குள் மிகப்பெரிய பஜார் இயங்கிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது.

 நீ செய்ய வேண்டியது அந்த மிகப்பெரிய பஜாருக்கு நடுவே எந்த சலனமுமில்லாமல் அமைதியாக அதை வேடிக்கை பார்ப்பது தான். 

நீ '' நான் யார்?'' என ஜபிப்பதால் அந்த பஜாரில் நீயும் ஒரு பகுதியாகிறாய்.

 அந்த சப்தங்களுக்கு நடுவே அந்த சூறாவளிக்கு நடுவே நீ அமைதியாக இருக்க வேண்டும். 

இதற்கு கொஞ்சம் பொறுமை வேண்டும்.

நீ யார் என்பதை அறிய வேண்டுமானால்

 அதற்கு நீ எவ்வளவு எண்ணங்களை சுமந்துகொண்டிருக்கிறாய்.. எவ்வளவு எதிர்ப்பார்ப்புகளை ஏந்திக்கொண்டிருக்கிறாய் எவ்வளவு கனவுகளோடு வாழ்கிறாய் ... 

என முதலில் அறியவேண்டும்

அதை தூக்கி எரியும் காலம் வரை எவ்வளவு பொறுமையோடு இருக்கிறாய் என்பதை பொருத்து உன்னை நீ அறிவாய்.

 This is the only message he has to say.

 He was an ordinary man.

 He is not a great scholar.

  He was seventeen years old when he left home.

  He was illiterate at the time.

  No matter how great he is, he will tell visitors from all over the world to "sit in a corner somewhere."

 He lived in Arunachal [Thiruvannamalai].

 He would tell his disciples to fix any cave.

  He would go there and sit down to meditate.

  "Who am I?"

  No other inquiries are required.

 The only question is "Who am I?"

 I have met all human beings.

 I could not meet him.

 Because I was a child when he died.

  I wanted to see him somehow ..

 But Arunachal was 1500 km away from my hometown.

 I have asked my father to go to Arunachal many times.

  But Ramana is older and Nano is younger.

 My language is Hindi.  His language is Tamil.

  He does not know my language.  I do not know his language.

  Even if I had seen him like that that experience would have been difficult.

 If I were to travel by train it would have taken three days to get there.

 Many trains will have to change.

  Will have to cross multiple languages.

 Marathi beyond Hindi speaking areas.

 Next is Urdu in Hyderabad.

 Next are Telugu and Malayalam.

  If I had met Ramana after all this, he would have spoken in Tamil.

 So as a boy I could not meet Ramana.

 Many years later when I went to Arunachal he was able to meet the disciples.

  They were adults then.

  But even to one, the man said, "Who am I?  The sentence '' does not make sense.

 You do not need to know the language to understand what he is saying.

 They know the Tamil language very well.

 He said

 "Look at yourself and find out who you are."

 When I went they were magically praying that sentence.

 They sat on the ground and prayed, "Who am I? Who am I?"

 They followed the same practice as praying Rama Rama and Krishna Krishna.

 I said to those disciples, "Even if you pray this whole life, you will have no experience."

 Leave that one sentence and sit quietly and look inward.

 Birds will fly around you.  Your dreams .. thousands of thoughts .. nostalgia .. irrelevant .. unwanted .. doubts .. means .. appear.

 I told them to sit motionless in the bazaar [market] with that meat.

 The English think that the word bazaar came from the eastern countries.

  The word bazaar is related to the English word BUZZING.

 The area with the biggest movement is what we call the bazaar.

  The skull of each of us is a bazaar.

  Inside this small skull runs a huge bazaar.

  All you have to do is watch it quietly and have fun without any movement in the middle of that huge bazaar.

 You become a part of that bazaar because you chant "Who am I?"

  You have to be quiet in the middle of that hurricane amidst all those noises.

 This requires a little patience.

 If you want to know who you are

  How many thoughts are you carrying for it .. How many expectations are you carrying and how many dreams are you living with ...

 Need to know first

 You know yourself depending on how patient you are until it burns out.
