[24/06, 6:52 AM] Jagadeesh KrishnanChandra:

[24/06, 6:52 AM] Jagadeesh KrishnanChandra: Life is a play

Do not look for ways to be happy.  Change the way you look.  Change the view.  A serious mind cannot be happy.  Can be happy with an enthusiastic mind.  Take life as a story, as an epic.  If you learn to look like this, then you can not be unhappy.  Unhappiness comes with seriousness.  Try for seven days.  Remember only one.  I mean if you remember that this world is a play then you will never be like before.  Seven days!  You are not going to lose anything.  Because you have nothing to lose.

You can try.  Seven days is like life is a movie, like a play.  These seven days will give you little experiences of your inner immaculate nature, of your Buddhist nature.  Once you have the experience then you will never be like you were before.  You will be happy.  But you never know what kind of happiness this will be.  Because you know nothing about happiness.  You know the many steps of unhappy states.  Sometimes you will be very unhappy and sometimes unhappy you will be less.  What you call happiness is the state of being less happy.

Because you do not know what happiness is, you cannot understand it.  There is only one concept of happiness in this world where you are so serious.  You can never understand what happiness is like with that idea.  You can only be happy if you are rooted in the idea that this world is a game.

So try to make it look like a protagonist participating in the play, in a way that celebrates everything happily.  Try to be a character without being true.  Act like husband if husband, act like wife if wife.  Make it a sport.  Any play needs characters and actors to act.  Marriage and divorce are all places to act.  But don’t take anything seriously.  There are many rules.  For one thing, divorce is a bad thing.  Because the marriage before that is the worst.  One is formed by the other.  So there is no need to take anything seriously.  If not, see how the nature of your life changes instantly.

After you go home tonight try to get your husband, wife or child to play that character in any of your character plays.  Then see how wonderful it is.  You will try to act efficiently when you are in character.  But you will not be bothered by that.  So you will not be vulnerable.  It does not need to.  You can finish your part and go to sleep.  But you have to keep in mind that this is a play for seven consecutive days.

Then happiness will blossom within you.  Once you know what happiness is, you will not have to go into unhappiness.  Because the power to decide whether to be happy or unhappy is now in your hands.

You could not be happier because you chose the wrong perspective on life.  You will be happy if you choose a right look.

The Buddha placed great emphasis on correct vision.  He turned right vision into a foundation and a foundation.  What is the correct view?  How to identify it?  For me the vision that keeps you happy is the right vision.  It’s not about the material.  The vision that keeps you in misery and suffering is the wrong vision.  Identity is not material.  Your happiness is its sign.

yogam

[22/06, 10:50 PM] Jagadeesh KrishnanChandra: Yog & yoga meaning
Yog  is derived from Yuj and it is a Tamil language word that is only  the oldest languages of India. Simply put, the  meaning of Yog is joining or combine, but this word has a wide significance. Yog originated in India and was considered to be the art of leading a high life.
Yog is a means through which a person connects with his God, connects with his soul, connects with his conscience, connects with the powers hidden within him, and connects with this universe. Yog is not just a word, but a tool that helps a person to understand himself and this universe.
“it comes from the Tamil word ‘yog’ – meaning Samadhi or ‘onenes
By the way, if we translate Yog directly from Tamil to English, then it has many meanings such as addition, sum, connect, and combine, joining together, conjugation and mixture. But all these words also cannot explain Yog. The meaning of Yog in English is not exactly what we are searching for but here are a few definitions of Yog in English.
Yog means to join the common sense, that is, the union of two elements is called Yog. The perfection of Yog is in this, that a person who is in the spirit of life should connect with the divine and establish himself in his own form of self.
Yogi unites us with the whole one by detaching oneself from a single unit and treats everyone as his own and serves humanity at large devotedly and selflessly.
This is Yog definition, not Yoga. Few people think that Yoga is Yog, but no…no….this is not right. Here is complete clarity on Yog and Yoga.
Difference between Yog and Yoga.
We do some asanas (poses) in our routine life such as Surya Namaskar, asana for back pain, asana for spinal stenosis, Anulom vilom, or Kapalbhati. These poses are part of yoga and in the same way, yoga is part of Yog.
Yoga nowadays has become known only to physical practice. Yoga is a way of achieving Yog. Yoga mainly consists of physical exercises and breathing exercises.
But Yog starts with Yoga, in Yog a person gets connected with his powers, gets connected with himself, gets connected with his soul and gets connected with his God.
According to Patanjali Yog Sutra, there are 8 limbs (parts)of Yog, in which Yoga asanas are a part of these eight. Patanjali Yog Sutra has written about eight limbs (parts) of Yog. According to Maharishi Patanjali, there are eight limbs (parts) of Yog, a detailed discussion of which is found elsewhere in this book.
The first part Yam dwells upon the upliftment of the society.
The second part is, Niyam deals with the betterment of one’s own conduct.
The third part of Yog is Asana or postures. Asana are necessary to make the body pure and static.
The fourth part of Yog is Pranayamam.  Pranayamam is essential for the purification of the mind.
The fifth part of Yog is Pratyaharam. It helps us in withdrawing our senses from the objects.
Sixth part of Yog is Dharana. It enhances our power of concentration.
The seventh part of Yog is Dhyanam (Meditation), it is meant to purify Chitt of consciousness.
The eighth part of Yog is Samadhi. It is the ultimate goal of Yog or it is called a super-conscious state.
Great Indian personalities like Hatha Yog Gurus such as Matsyendra Nath, Gorakh Nath, Gaurangi Nath, Swatmaram Suri, Gherand Bhatt popularized the new Hatha Yog.
The Types of Yog
Basically Yog is divided in to four parts by Patanjali Yoga Sutra.
Raj Yog :-
Raj means royal in the Sanskrit language. Meditation is the main element of Raj Yog. Patanjali named it Astanga Yogam because of its eight parts. Raj Yogam is for those people who are more attracted to self-confidence and meditation. Asanas are a part of yoga, but most people consider asanas to be complete yoga.
Karma Yogam :-
The second part of yoga is karma yogaam this yoga is also called the path of service. Because karma yoga only leads the world and no one can escape from this yoga. What we are today and what we experience is created by karma in the past. Karma yogam gives us freedom from negativity and selfishness and gives us an opportunity to create a future sitting in the present. Karma yoga paves the way for selfless work and serving others.
Bhakti Yog: –
Bhakti Yoga paves the way for devotion. It is only through devotional yoga that we near our beloved God and are devoted to him. Bhakti yoga is the perfect way to overcome emotions. The path of Bhakti leads all of us to positive thinking and creates tolerance in us.
Gyan Yog:-
Since ancient times, devotion is considered to be the yoga of the mind, and Gyanam (Knowledge) is the yoga of the intellect. Gyan Yoga is the path of a yoga scholar. It is very important to develop the intellect through the study of texts while walking on this yoga path. To walk on the path of Gyan yoga, many trials have to be faced and this is a difficult path. Gyan Yoga attracts those who are intellectually inclined

[22/06, 10:51 PM] Jagadeesh KrishnanChandra:

Mother

[09/05, 10:55 PM] Jagadeesh KrishnanChandra: Secred Vedic Divine Mystic Tantra Vidya Reveals...

"MOTHER"......

Let every moment be the Mother's moment just not a single day for without her, you are not here the way you are now. Know that you are living the spirit of your mother at every breath of you...

Adi Sankara's mother was Aryamba.  When he wanted to take up sanyasa, his mother was very much against it.  She finally agreed with a condition, that He should be present near her death bed and also he should perform her final rites. Sankara agreed for this and took up Sanyasa. When he was at Sringeri, he realized that his mother was nearing death and  reached to her immediately. He was near his mother at the time of her death and also performed the funeral ceremonies. It was at this time he wrote these five slokas which came out deep from his heart for the mother. This was possibly the only poem he wrote, which is not extolling any God and also not explaining his philosophy but his love and respects to his mother.

Here is the Mathrupanchakam

aasthaam tavaddeyam prasoothi samaye durvara soola vyadha,
nairuchyam thanu soshanam malamayee sayya cha samvatsaree,
ekasyapi na garbha bara bharana klesasya yasya kshmo dhathum,
nishkruthi  munnathopi thanaya tasya janyai nama.

Oh my mother,
With clenched teeth thou bore the excruciating pain of delivery,
When I was born to you,
Shared the bed with me, which was made dirty by me for an year,
During those nine months that you bore me,
Your body became thin and tired,
For all these, Oh mother dearest,
I can never compensate,
Even by my becoming great.

gurukulamupasruthya swapnakaale thu drushtwa,
yathi samuchitha vesham praarudho maam twamuchai
gurukulamadha  sarva prarudathe samaksham
sapadhi charanayosthe mathurasthu pranaama.

Clad in a dress of a sanyasin,
You saw me to my school,
In your dream you wept,
But smothered, embraced and encouraged me, Oh mother mine,
And all the teachers and students wept with you dear,
What could I do,
Except falling at your feet,
And offering my salutations.

ambethi thathethi shivethi tasmin,
prasoothikale yadavocha uchai,
krishnethi govinda hare mukunde tyaho,
janye rachito ayamanjali.

Oh my mother,
Crying, you shouted in pain,
During the hard labour,
“Oh mother, Oh father,
Oh God Shiva,
Oh Lord Krishna,
Oh Lord of all, Govinda,
Oh Hari and Oh God Mukunda,”
But in return,
Oh my mother dearest.
I can give you but humble prostrations.

na dattam mathasthe marana samaye thoyamapi vaa,
swadhaa vaa no dheyaa maranadivase sraadha vidhina
na japtho mathasthe marana samaye tharaka manu,
akale samprapthe mayi kuru dhayaam matharathulaam.

Neither did I give you water at the time of death,
Neither did I offer oblations to the to help the journey of death,
And neither did I chant the name of Rama in your ear,
Oh Mother supreme, pardon me for these lapses with compassion,
For I have arrived here late to attend to those.

mukthaa manisthvam, nayanam mamethi,
rajethi jeevethi chiram sthutha thwam,
ithyuktha vathya vaachi mathaa,
dadamyaham thandulamesh shulkam.

Long live,
Oh, pearl mine,
Oh jewel mine,
Oh my dearest eyes,
Oh mine prince dearest,
And oh my soul of soul,
These were the songs you sang to me,
But in return all the above,
Oh my mother dearest.
I give you but dry rice in your mouth.

In simple words,

Mother carried you in her womb for nine months.
She felt sick for months with nausea, then she watched her feet swell & her skin stretch & tear;
She struggled to climb stairs, she got breathless quick; she suffered many sleepless nights.
She then went through excruciating pain to bring you into this world.
Then, she became my nurse, my chef, my maid, my chauffeur, my biggest fan, my teacher, & my best friend.
She's struggled for you, cried over you, hoped the best for you & prayed for you all the time.

Dont take your mother for granted. She is the world of you for the world has come for you from her.
*Happy Mothers Day*

 gurukulamupasruthya swapnakaale thu drushtwa,

akale samprapthe mayi kuru dhayaam matharathulaam.

 குமட்டலுடன் பல மாதங்களாக அவள் உடம்பு சரியில்லை என்று உணர்ந்தாள், பின்னர் அவள் கால்கள் வீங்குவதைப் பார்த்தாள் & அவள் தோல் நீட்சி & கண்ணீர்;

nature

[08/05, 1:02 PM] Jagadeesh KrishnanChandra: Go more and more into nature. Go more and more into something that is God-made and which man has still not destroyed.

Nature is the only proof of God. Whatsoever man has made gives no indication of God. The great cement structures, the bridges, the railways, the airplanes -- the great technology that surrounds us today gives no hint that God exists. It makes us feel as if we are the creators and there is no other creator.

But when you go to the mountains, to the sea, to the woods suddenly you become aware of a totally different reality, not manmade. And it is not only that it is not manmade, it has a totally different dimension to it: it grows. The ocean goes on breathing,~ waves are its breath. The forest is alive, it grows: the trees are growing and the birds are alive and the animals are alive. Whatsoever man has made is dead, it does not grow. And only something growing can make you aware of the presence of life. Growth is life.

If you can feel life pulsating, God is not far behind. To feel life is to enter into the temple of God.

Go more and more into nature. Go more and more into something that is God-made and which man has still not destroyed, because it is there that God is still alive. Friedrich Nietzsche says "God is dead." It is true: in New York he is dead, in Bombay he is dead, in London he is dead, in Berlin he is dead; but not in the woods, not in the Himalayas, not in the oceans and the rivers and not in the clouds and the stars. There God is very alive, as alive as ever. We have just to open our eyes towards nature more and more. Let nature be your meditation.

[08/05, 1:04 PM] Jagadeesh KrishnanChandra:

temples

[06/05, 1:03 PM] Jagadeesh KrishnanChandra: Today, some people in the country speak disparagingly of male and female sculptures on the roofs of temples.  There is a classic reason why they are set up ......

Early Tamils never looked down on lust or sexuality.  We have kept lust so sacred as to give the newlyweds a reference to the day and time of intercourse.  Agricultural people choose the right time to sow in the ground.  It is a sacred event, as well as a sacred event that sows the seeds for bringing a siva to earth.  Something so sacred was desecrated and thrown into the street today.

A man and a woman engage in intercourse and their senses contract and reach orgasm.  But it will be over in a few minutes.  Then the nucleus is formed.  It is a combination that takes place in the lower part of the body.  The same parable applies to the upper part of the body, the head.  Our shrine is the sanctum sanctorum, the sanctum sanctorum of Shiva.

 We hold three breaths.
 Idakalai, Pingalai, Sulumunai.
Intermediate: lunar pulse, sound, femininity, cooling.
Pingalai: Sun pulse, light, masculinity, heat.
Many of you are aware of all this.

One of the most time of our breathing is the lunar breath.  Or flowing solar art breath.  Very rarely do the two breathe the same breath together at some point.  It is called the spinal cord.  At this time one should keep the mind in the breath and practice keeping the mind between the eyebrows without engaging in any worldly affairs.

There are six daily prayers at the temple (known as the Twilight Times).  At that time the priest would hold the sound and light in the sanctuary and run together and show the red.  Similarly during those six times we also have to keep our mind on our breathing and get used to looking at the spinal cord with both nerves together.  If one gets used to this for a long time, the realization of the reality of Shiva will take place inside.  Valal Peruman has explained this in his prose.  Read on.

When the male and female unite at the base of the spinal cord, the spermatozoa unite, the senses contract, and for a while pleasure is created, and the semen is formed.

When the solar plexus and the lunar articulation reach the vertebrae in the head of the spinal cord, the senses shrink, bliss occurs, and Shiva (Shiva) emerges.

Both are reunions.  The orgasm for bliss must be performed within the body.  The sanctum sanctorum will have sex sculptures on the plane just to show you this.  Inside the priests (light - sound) will also do with the prayers.

As soon as you realize this, the priest will hold the sound (bell) in his left hand and the light (lamp) in his right hand and tie the visible red when the two are one.

If the towers are three they represent three nerves, if five they represent the five cells of the body, and if seven they represent the seven base positions of the body.

Realize these ideas and pass them on to future generations.  Let the truth of theology be explained.
