தடுப்பூசியின் விளைவாய் ஏற்பட்ட மரணங்கள், தடுப்பூசி நிர்பந்தத்திற்கு பின்னுள்ள மனித உரிமை மீறல்கள், தடுப்பூசிக்கு எதிரான நீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்புகள், தடுப்பூசிக்கு எதிரான உலகளாவிய போராட்டங்கள்..ஆகியவற்றை கவனப்படுத்தும் கட்டுரை!

அனைவருக்கும் தடுப்பூசி என்பது பொது நோக்கில் நல்லதாக தெரிந்தாலும் அதற்குள் ஒரு ஆழமான வன்மம் இருக்கிறது ! தனி ஒரு மனிதனுக்கு நோய் வருகிறது அதை எந்த மருத்துவத்தைக் கொண்டும் சரிப்படுத்திக் கொள்ள நமக்கு உரிமை இருக்கிறது தானே! ஏன் நவீன மருத்துவர்களில் நூற்றுக்கணக்கானவர்கள் சித்தா மற்றும் ஆயுர்வேதா மற்றும் ஹோமியோ முறையில் கொரோனாவிற்கு மருத்துவம் எடுத்துக் கொண்டு தங்களை குணப்படுத்தி உள்ளார்களே!  அவ்வளவு ஏன்?  நமது சித்தா டாக்டர் வீரபாபுவிடமே ஏராளமான நவீன மருத்துவர்களும், அவர்களின் குடும்பத்தினரும் கொரோனா சிகிச்சை பெற்று உள்ளார்களே! கொரானாவை ஒரு மாற்று மருத்துவத்தால் குணப்படுத்த வாய்ப்பு இருக்கும் போது தடுக்கவும் அதில் கண்டிப்பாக வழியுண்டு தானே!

தற்போது இந்தியாவில் அரசுத் துறைகள், தனியார் துறைகள் போன்றவற்றில் தடுப்பூசி போட்டுக் கொண்டால் தான் வேலைக்கு வரமுடியும் என மறைமுக நிர்பந்தங்கள் நடக்கின்றன! இதை தைரியமாக சிலர் எதிர்த்து நின்றாலும், பெரும்பான்மையோர் இந்த நிர்பந்தத்திற்கு பணிந்து விடுகின்றனர். பொருளாதார அடிமைகளாக பலரும் வாழும் சமூகத்தில், அதைக் கொண்டு தனிமனிதனை பணிய வைப்பது அதிகாரத்தில் இருப்பவர்களுக்கு சுலபமாகிவிடுகிறது! ஆனால், இந்த அநீதிக்கு எதிராக நமது இந்திய உயர் நீதிமன்றங்கள் தடுப்பூசி வேண்டாம் என்பவர்களை நிர்பந்திக்கக் கூடாது என்ற சிறப்பான வரலாற்று தீர்ப்பை வழங்கியுள்ளன. வழக்கம்போல பெரும்பாலான ஊடகங்கள் இவற்றை பொருட்படுத்தவில்லை.

தடுப்பூசிக்கு எதிரான குஜராத் உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தின் வரலாற்று தீர்ப்பு!

யோகேந்திரகுமார் என்ற 28 வயது இளைஞர் இந்திய ராணுவ விமான பிரிவில் வேலை பார்ப்பவர்.இவரது சக ஊழியர்கள் அனைவரும் தரப்பட்ட நிர்பந்தத்திற்கு அடிபணிந்து தடுப்பூசி போட்டுக் கொண்ட போதும் இவர் மட்டும் போடவில்லை. இவருக்கு நோட்டீஸ் கொடுக்கப்பட்டது. அதற்கு அவர் நான் ஆயுர்வேதா முறையில் நோய் தடுப்புக்கான எல்லா வழிமுறைகளையும் தொடர்ந்து பின்பற்றி வருகிறேன். ஆகவே, என் மனம் தடுப்பூசி போடுவதற்கு ஒப்பவில்லை. ஆகவே, தயை கூர்ந்து எனக்கு தடுப்பூசி போடுவதில் இருந்து விலக்களிக்க வேண்டுகிறேன் என கடிதம் எழுதினார். அதற்கு டிபார்ட்மெண்ட்டின் முடிவுக்கு கட்டுப்பட மறுக்கும் உங்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை ஏன் எடுக்க கூடாது என விளக்கம் கேட்டு நோட்டீஸ் அனுப்பினர். உடனே அவர் குஜராத் உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடுத்தார்! அந்த வழக்கில் குஜராத் உயர் நீதிமன்றம் தடுப்பூசியை நிர்பந்திப்பது ஒருவரின் தனிமனித சுதந்திரத்தை பறிப்பதாகும். ஆகவே, விருப்படாதவரை நிர்பந்திக்கக் கூடாது என தீர்ப்பளித்தது!

தடுப்பூசிக்கு எதிரான மேகாலயா உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் வரலாற்று தீர்ப்பு;

மேகலாயாவில் கடைகள்,வர்த்தக நிறுவனங்கள்,தனியார் அலுவலகங்கள்..வாகனம் வைத்திருப்போர் அனைவரும் தடுப்பூசி போட்டுக் கொண்டதற்கான அத்தாட்சி இருந்தால் மட்டுமே இயங்க அனுமதிக்கபடுவார்கள் என்ற அரசு அறிவிப்பை அடுத்து இந்த பிரச்சினையை நீதிமன்றமே தானே சூமோட்டோவாக எடுத்துக் கொண்டு விசாரித்தது.இது நாள் வரை மத்திய அரசிடமிருந்து தடுப்பூசி கட்டாயம் என சட்டம் கிடையாது. ஒவ்வொரு தனி மனிதனுக்கும் அவன் உடல் அவனது உரிமை. அதில் எதையும் நிர்பந்திக்க அரசு உள்ளிட்ட யாருக்கும் உரிமை இல்லை. இது தடுப்பூசிக்கு மட்டுமல்ல, அபார்சனுக்கும் பொருந்தும். தடுப்பூசியை நிர்பந்திக்க முடியாது என்பதற்கு நூறு ஆண்டுகளாக பல நாடுகளில் வழங்கப்பட்ட பல தீர்ப்புகளை மேற்கோள் காட்டமுடியும்! நமது அரசியலமைப்பு சட்டத்தின் ஆர்டிகல் 21ன் படி தனிமனித உரிமைகளை அரசு உறுதிபடுத்தியுள்ளது என நீதிமன்றத்தின் இரு நீதிபதிகள் அடங்கிய பெஞ்ச் ஒருமித்து கூறிவிட்டது.

ஆகவே, இந்த தீர்ப்பை தடுப்பூசி வேண்டாம் என நினைப்பவர்கள் தங்களுக்கு ஆதரவாக எடுத்துப் பேச பயன்படுத்தலாம். தமிழ் நாட்டில் நிர்பந்திப்படும் யாரும் நமது உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தை தைரியமாக அணுகலாம் என்பதை கவனத்தில் கொள்ளுங்கள்!

தடுப்பூசி; சர்வதேச நிறுவனங்களின் சந்தைக்காடாகும் இந்தியா..!

நமது உரிமைகளுக்காக வாதாடும் வழக்கறிஞர் பிரசாந்த் பூஷன் அவர்களும், உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் தடுப்பூசி நிர்பந்திக்கப்படுவதை எதிர்த்து ஒரு பொது நலவழக்கு தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளார். அதில் நான்கு குழந்தைகளுக்கு தகப்பனான கங்காகுப்தா என்பவர் தன் மனைவியை கொரானா தடுப்பூசி போட்டதால் பறி கொடுத்த நிகழ்வை குறிப்பிட்டு, முறையாக, முழுமையாக பரிசோதிக்கப்படாத தடுப்பூசி என்பது அனைத்து மக்களையும் பரிசோதனை எலியாக்கும் முயற்சி என பிரசாந்த் பூசன் கூறியுள்ளார்.

நமது தமிழகத்திலும் சமீபத்தில் சேலம் மாவட்ட காட்டுப்பட்டி அரசு சுகாதார மையத்தில் தடுப்பூசி போட்டுக் கொண்ட சுபலட்சுமி அடுத்த ஓரிரு நாளில் இறந்துவிட்டார். முன்னதாக இரண்டு குழந்தைகளின் தாயான சுபலட்சுமியிடம் அந்த சுகாதார மையத்தின் செவிலியர் இவர் தடுப்பூசி போட்டால் தான் அவரது குழந்தைகளுக்கு டிரீட்மெண்ட் தரப்படும் என நிர்பந்தித்து விருப்பமில்லாத பெண்ணை போட வைத்துள்ளார். அடுத்த நாளே சுலட்சுமி இறந்த போதும் அதற்கு பொறுப்பேற்க அரசு முன்வரவில்லை என்பது தான் கொடுமை! சினிமா நடிகர் விவேக், இயக்குனர் கே.வி.ஆனந்த் ஆகியோரும் முதல் தடுப்பூசி எடுத்த நிலையில் தான் இறந்தனர்.

தடுப்பூசி போட்ட பிறகு இறப்பவர்களில் இரண்டு வகை உள்ளது. முதல் வகை அதன் ஒவ்வாமை காரணமாக பக்கவிளைவு ஏற்பட்டு இறப்பவர்கள்! அடுத்தது, ஏற்கனவே உடலில் மிக லேசாக மறைந்திருந்த கொரானாவை வீரியம் கொள்ள வைத்து பலி வாங்கியது. இந்த வகையில் முதல்கட்டம் அல்லது இரண்டு கட்டமும் தடுப்பூசி எடுத்த பிறகு கொரானா தாக்கி இறந்த பலரை சொல்லலாம்! தடுப்பூசி போட்ட 45 நாட்களில் ஒருவர் மரணம் நிகழ்ந்தால் அதை தடுப்பூசியின் விளைவா..? என ஆராய்சிக்கு எடுத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்ற சர்வதேச மருத்துவ விதிகளை இந்திய அரசு செல்லாக்காசாக்கிவிட்டது தான் கொடுமை.

அடுத்ததாக உலகம் முழுக்க தடுப்பூசிக்கு எதிரான வீரியமான போராட்டங்கள் நடப்பதை ஏற்கனவே அறம் இதழில் கவனப்படுத்தி இருந்தேன்.

அகிலமெங்கும் தடுப்பூசிக்கு எதிரான போராட்டங்கள்,இங்கேயும் தாக்கங்கள்!

தடுப்பூசிக்கு தயக்கம் காட்டுபவர்களை குற்றவாளியாக்காதே என  anarchy for freedom என்ற குழு இயங்கி வருகிறது. Called Truth Tv என்ற தளத்திலும் நீங்கள் பார்த்து தெரிந்து கொள்ளலாம்! நம் நாட்டில் முதல் கட்ட தடுப்பூசி போட்டுவிட்டு இரண்டாம் தடுப்பூசி போடாமல் சுமார் எட்டு லட்சம் பேர் தவிர்த்துள்ளதாக தெரிய வந்துள்ளது.

எளிய மனிதர்கள் வாழ்வியலை ஆவணப்படுத்திய பத்திரிகையாளர் சாய்நாத்!

# இந்த தடுப்பூசியானது மனிதனின் டி.என்.ஏவிலேயே மாற்றம் ஏற்படுத்தவல்லது. ஒருவனது மனித பண்புகளை பாதிக்கும்.

# தடுப்பூசி என்பது மக்களை அடிமைப்படுத்தக் கூடிய பொருளாதார நோக்கம் கொண்ட உலகளாவிய சதி.

# தடுப்பூசியால் ஆண்மை குறைவு ஏற்படுகிறது என சில ஆய்வுகளை மேற்கோள் காட்டி விவாதிக்கிறார்கள்.

# ரத்த உறைதல், நெஞ்சு வலி, மாரடைப்பு ஏற்படுகிறது என பல மரணங்கள் உணர்த்துகின்றன.

 An article focusing on vaccine-related deaths, human rights violations after vaccination compulsion, court rulings against vaccines, and global struggles against vaccines!

 Everyone knows the vaccine is good in the general sense but there is a deep cruelty within it!  An individual has a disease and we have the right to fix it with any medicine!  Why hundreds of modern doctors have taken Siddha and Ayurveda and homeopathic medicine to cure corona!  Why so much?  Many modern doctors and their families have received corona treatment from our Siddha Dr. Veerababu!  There is definitely a way to prevent corona when there is a chance to be cured by an alternative medicine!

 At present in India there are indirect pressures on the public sector, the private sector, etc., that they can only come to work if they are vaccinated!  While some boldly oppose this, the majority succumb to this compulsion.  In a society where many people live as economic slaves, it makes it easier for those in power to employ individuals with it!  But our Indian High Courts have given a special historic judgment not to compel those who do not want to be vaccinated against this injustice.  As usual most of the media ignored these.

 Yogendra Kumar, a 28-year-old Indian Air Force officer, was not the only one to be vaccinated despite pressure from all his colleagues.  Notice was given to him.  To that he said I am constantly following all the methods for prevention of disease in Ayurvedic manner.  So, my mind did not agree to be vaccinated.  So, he kindly wrote me a letter asking me to refrain from vaccinating him.  They sent notices asking for an explanation as to why no action should be taken against you for refusing to comply with the department's decision.  He immediately filed a case in the Gujarat High Court!  In that case the Gujarat High Court compelled the vaccine to deprive one of individual liberty.  Therefore, it was decided not to force the unwilling!

 The historic judgment of the Meghalaya High Court against the vaccine;

 Following a government announcement that shops, businesses, private offices and vehicle owners in Meghalaya would be allowed to operate only if there was evidence of vaccination, the court itself took up the issue as a suo moto.  His body is his right to every individual.  No one, including the government, has the right to force anything on it.  This applies not only to the vaccine, but also to the abortion.  One can cite the many judgments handed down in many countries over a hundred years that the vaccine cannot be enforced!  The two-judge bench of the court unanimously stated that the state has guaranteed individual rights under Article 21 of our Constitution.

 Therefore, those who think that this verdict should not be vaccinated can use it to speak in their favor.  Please note that anyone who is compelled in Tamil Nadu can boldly approach our High Court!

 Vaccine;  India is the marketplace of international companies ..!

 Prashant Bhushan, a lawyer defending our rights, has also filed a public interest litigation in the Supreme Court against the vaccination ban.  Referring to the incident in which Gangakupta, a father of four, snatched his wife from the corona vaccine, Prashant Busan said the vaccine, which had not been properly tested and fully tested, was an attempt to make all people test-positive.

 Subalakshmi, who was recently vaccinated at the Salem District Kattupatti Government Health Center in Tamil Nadu, died within the next couple of days.  Earlier, the nurse of the health center had told Subalakshmi, a mother of two, that she would give treatment to her children only if she was vaccinated.  It is horrible that the government did not come forward to take responsibility for Sulakshmi's death the next day!  Film actor Vivek and director KV Anand also died after receiving the first vaccine.

 There are two types of deaths after vaccination.  The first type are those who die of a side effect due to its allergies!  Next, the corona, which was already very lightly hidden in the body, was killed by the malignancy.  The first or second stages of this type of vaccination can be said to have killed many people!  If a person dies within 45 days of being vaccinated, is it the result of the vaccine?  It is horrible that the Indian government has squandered the international medical rules that should be taken for research.

 Next I had already noted in Virtue magazine that there were vicious struggles going on around the world against the vaccine.

 Worldwide anti-vaccine struggles, and impacts here too!

 The Anarchy for Freedom group has been working to prevent those who are reluctant to get vaccinated.  You can also find out by watching Called Truth Tv!  It has been revealed that about eight lakh people in our country have been vaccinated with the first phase and not vaccinated with the second vaccine.
