 Tantra the path of Bandage to Enlightenment
Chapter 88
 விண்ணின்று இழிந்து வினைக்கீடாய் மெய்க்கொண்டு
தண்ணின்ற தாளைத் தலைக்காவல் முன்வைத்து
உண்ணின்று உருக்கியோர் ஒப்பிலா ஆனந்தக்
கண்ணின்று காட்டிக் களிம்பறுத் தானே.

Sutra 88. When you wake up or when you are practicing, watch the two breaths and when it has come inner, just watch the inner turning point, and mingle with that. 
The sutra says if you go on practices, just aware about your breath, when the breath is inhale and when that inhaled breath turns out at the time you just watch the inner turning point. 
This is the practice the all yogic and tantra master indicating the turning point of the breath. What is this? This is the main practice of the every human, awareness. Because usually we never bother about our breath, because we never consider how the breath is inhale and how the breath is exhale. If you consider this then you will get the one another dimensional view of your life. But unfortunately we never keenly watched anything which is usually our biological body systems doing if you keenly watch this things then this is also give you one another dimensional view of your life. Mostly we always unconsciously take the breath and out the breath, if you aware about your breath then that things also give you the lot of insight about your biological nature and psychological nature and cosmos nature. Therefore they always indicating these things, how to watch your breath and other things this is the one type of the breath watching techniques. Just we go deep in this practice.
Method 1 Techniques 1 practices 1.  
This is the five types of the methods or techniques or practices, first practice is one type of the deep breathing techniques, and this is 10 to more minute’s practices.  Second on is fast breathing techniques, this is 10 to more minutes practices. Third practices is one type of breath watching techniques, this is 10 to more minutes practices. Fourth one is another one type of the watching techniques. This is also 10 to more minute’s practices. And fifth one is total watching techniques this is 20 to more minute’s practices. Totally this practices 1 hour or more time duration.
Rules and regulation
 First: you will choose one place which is comfortable for you that is like lot of green trees is there or play ground or garden or hills place or sea shore, or falls or river shore or house upstairs, or your living room or prayer room are choose anything which is comfortable to you. Because if you start this practice anyone does not disrupt you that place you choose because if you started this practice no one do not disturb you that is the main thing.
Second : you practice this with sitting position or standing position or leaning position or used any chair or bed that is not main thing if you practice this your body could not get any disturb that is the main thing.
Third: Time morning time, or evening time or afternoon time or night time any time you can do this practice.
Fourth: Season any season like summer, winder, rainy, autumn, any season is suitable for this practice.
Fifth: Direction North, South, East, West any direction you can practice this.
Sixth : If do this practice after food then you can doing this practice in vajrasans(that kneel down position) or standing position, or sitting in chair, if you practice in empty stomach you can do this is padmaasana (that is lotus position) vajrasana or sitting in chair or standing position or leaning down position you can do this practice.
Seventh: Men or Women anybody can do this practice, age and sex is not considerable anyone who can interested do this practice.

Eighth : Somebody ask the question if I do this after sex action, yes you can do this before you can clean up your body then practice this, Somebody ask the question if I do this practice after words I involved in sex action. Yes up course you can do this practice but when will do this practice after half an hour you can do this.
Ninth: And some females ask if I do this in menstrual period yes up course you can do this practice.
Tenth: And some females ask if I am in pregnant than I can do this practice yeas up course but within three month you do not practice this after three month you can do this practice.

Eleventh: And some females ask if I am delivered I am doing this practice, yes up course you can doing this practice after delivering some days after. If some male ask if I do the masturbation, yes you can do this practice.

 Twelfth: If some male ask if I do this practice after I will masturbation, yes up course you can do this practice after half an hour you can do that.

Thirteenth: Somebody ask if I am in fever I can do this practice, yes up course you can do this practice.
Fourteenth: Somebody as after cesarean I can do this practice, yes up course you can do this practice after some days your wounds are healed then you can practice this.
Fifteenth: somebody ask if I got wound or fracture I can do this practice, yes up course you can do this practice.
Sixteenth: If I can take some tabulate I can practice, yes up course you can practice, if I can practice this then I can take the tabulate, yes up course you can take the tabulate after half an hour.
Seventeenth: If I can drink or take alcohol I can practice, yes up course you can practice this after one hour you can practice this.
  Eighteenth:  somebody ask if I practice this I can take the alcohol yes up course you take alcohol after one hour.
Nineteenth:  If I can smoke I can practice, yes up course you can practice after half an hour, if I practice I can smoke, yes up course you can smoke after half an hour.
Twenty  : Somebody as how many time I can practice, daily one time is enough if you need you can practice three or four time daily .
Twenty one: Somebody ask If I am this religion this sect this and that is I can practice this, any religion any sect any one of this human race can practice this because this is not on religious ritual or religious thing its purely human needs don’t given any name and anything for this, every human in this world can practice this.

Twenty two : Somebody as if I do the physical exercise I can do this practice, yes up course you can do this practice but half an hour after do this practice, if I do the physical practice after this yes up course you do this but half an hour after this.

Twenty three:  somebody ask if I am doing another meditation or yoga methods I can do this, yes up course you can do this after half an hours, and if I do another meditation or yoga after this, yes up course you can do any practice like another yoga methods and meditation methods but you should do after half an hour time.
Twenty four:  And one thing I here tell to you that if you practice this somebody doubt that if I am doing these practices then I can eat vegetarian or non vegetarian food, this doubt rose because all the mediator’s says only vegetarian food is good for these all meditation methods, but I am here different because any food you can take while your practicing these all meditation methods but only thing you follow that is don’t take heavy food. Because if you take heavy food, you take any type of food 1/4 of your stomach and 1/2 stomach you drink and remain empty for 1/4 this is important. You can take vegetarian or non vegetarian that is not a matter but don’t fill your stomach just need some empty space.

Twenty five:  you forget all the rules if you need to practice really than this are the last rule.

Practice one : Just take any suitable posture and sit and close your eyes, also take any Muttra like sinmaya Muttra, or  ruthra Muttra, or  linga Muttra are anything, are just open your palms towards the upper that is enough. 
Just take deeply inhale slowly and deeply and rhythmically, then exhale slowly and deeply and rhythmically, do this in hale exhale some more time some time after you will find one type of the unknown energy will raising in you, if you continue this process then some time after that energy slow down and sometime  after the energy vanishes itself, then continue this things, when the energy vanishes itself then you will feel that one type of the unknown silent slowly surrounding in your body and mind, when you find this things you continue this process slowly and deeply and rhythmically some more time, sometime after you will feel that some type of the unknown silent surrounding in your body and mind totally, when you feel this things then stop this practice and go to the next one, before go to the next wait for some moment, when your body and mind get normal and your breath get normal then do the next practice with same posture and closed eyes, because these all practices continue one, therefore don’t open inbetween your eyes, and don’t change any posture inbetween, if you change posture of open your eyes then you will miss the continuity.

Second Practices: This is also 10 to more minute’s practices; this is one type of the fast breathing techniques. When you completed the first practices, and your body and mind get normal, and your breath get normal then continue this practice with same closed eyes and same posture.
When you find the normal breath then do this practice. This is fast breathing techniques, just inhale fastly and deeply and rhythmically, then fastly exhale deeply and rhythmically. Continue this process some time. If you continue this process then some time after you will find one type of the energy will slowly raising in you, if you continue this process then some time after then energy will slow down and sometime  after that energy vanishes itself automatically. When this energy vanishes automatically itself then you will feel your mind and body get one type of the unknown silent surrounding in you, when this things happen, you  continue this process some more time, finally some time after you will find one type of the unknown silent surrounding in your body and mind totally then stop this past breathing techniques suddenly, then wait for some moment, when your body and mind get normal, and your breath get normal then go to the next practice, with same posture and closed eyes.  
Third Practices:  This is one type of the breath watching techniques; this is 10 to more minutes time duration. When you completed your second practices, and when your body and mind get normal and your breath get normal then do this practices, with normal breath mode, with same posture and closed eyes.
When you get the normal breath then do this practice with normal breath mode. Just watch your inhale breath and go with that, just watch your exhale breath and go with that. Just simply and deeply and slowly and rhythmically do these things again and again. Just continue these things some time deeply and slowly and rhythmically do these things again and again slowly and deeply and rhythmically. Sometime after you will feel one type of the energy will slowly raising in your body and mind, when you feel this things then continue this things slowly and deeply and rhythmically, if you continue this process then you will find that, the raising energy will slow down some time after, and some time if you continue this watching techniques then that energy will vanishes itself totally. When the energy will vanishes itself totally, then you will find one type of the unknown silent slowly surrounding in your body and mind. When you feel this silent slowly surrounding in your mind and body then continue this watching techniques some more time. Just inhale slowly and deeply and go with that, and just exhale slowly and deeply and rhythmically and go with that. Continue this process  some more time then you will find some time after , one type of the unknown silent slowly surrounding in your body and mind totally. When you feel this unknown silent totally surrounding in your body and mind then continue this practices some more minutes and sometime after stop this watching techniques and go to the next one. Before go to the next one wait for some moment and when your body and mind get normal and your breath get normal then do the next practice with same posture and closed eyes. Because this is continues process.
Fourth Practices: This is 10 to more minutes practice; this is one type of the watching techniques. When you completed the third practice and your body and mind get the normal and your breath get the normal then continue this practice with closed eyes and same posture.
When you get the normal breath then continue this practice. just simple inhale deeply and rhythmically and slowly and when you inhale just watch the breath and go with the breath and when the breath goes inside the belly just and when the breath turn to come out, at the time,  the turning point and stay with that point. Just simply stay there, without any concentration anything, just watch and stay with that point. Simply stay within that point. Slowly and deeply and rhythmically stay with that point. Just don’t control any outgoing breath or anything, just try to stay with or watch that turning point. Just simply do this practice without any concentration, again and again and do these things. If you continue these things then you breath will slow down and sometime after your inner breath and outer breath stop automatically. When the breath stops itself automatically you will find one type of the energy raising in your body and mind, then continue this practice some more time. Sometime after that energy will slow down and sometime after that energy also vanishes itself automatically. When the energy vanishes automatically, then you will find one type of the unknown silent slowly rising in your body and mind, when you feel this silent raising in your body and mind then continue this practice some more minutes. If you continue this practice some more minutes and watching that point slowly and deeply, and rhythmically then some time after that unknown silent slowly and deeply and rhythmically surrounding in your body and mind totally. When you feel this things happen then stop this practice and go to the next practice. Before go to the next practice wait for some moment when your body and mind get normal and your breath get normal then do the next practice with same posture and closed eyes.
 Fifth practice:  when you finished the fourth practices and your body and mind get normal and your breath get normal then do these practices with same posture and closed eyes. This practice is twenty to more minutes but it’s not a practice but it’s very carefully watching techniques because sometime you do this practice your body vibrating or shaking if you feel this
thing don’t bother about and don’t do any reaction, because this is not at all practice because this is just watching techniques, one main thing you don’t do anything just you watch your whole body without any
concentration just watch. Then you get one type of the silent that is not wordily thing that is one type of the unknowable factor. Just watch your inner silent slowly
and deeply without any concentration just watch it with closed eyes. Feel your body and mind; thoughts will disappear, in silent
just this is the right moment you find out your innate nothing is more than that
Just watch it your silent innate, forget all the things which ever comes your body forget it
Just watch it your silent innate, forget your mind whatever comes in your mind forget it Just watch it your silent innate to feel innate forget your though whatever comes in your thoughts forget it.
Be still and watch the silent………………….

Deeper and deeper and deeper………………………
Watch and watch and watch……………………..
Watch and watch and watch……………………..
Be still and watch and watch………..
Relax and relax and watch you’re innate ……….
Relax and relax and watch your silent which is ascending in you, Come to your innate come to your deeper innate
Slowly and slowly deep and deeply come to your innate
Your mind will dissolve in this universe……..
Your thoughts will dissolve in this universe …..
Your body will dissolve in this universe ……
You feel lightning ascending in your body…
You feel lightning ascending in your mind ….
You feel lightning ascending in your thoughts
You feel lightning ascending in your innate
Just watch it and watch it deeper and deeper
Be still and deeper and deeper still
Your mind and body and thoughts are  melting in this stillness
You are not the body ……………….
You are not the mind ……………….
You are not the thoughts…………………..
You are not having any name and other things
you are the whole universal…………..
You are the witness you are the whole of blessing ……………….
Go deeper and deeper and deeper…….
Watch and watch and watch remain watch……
Slowly and deeply and rhythmically watch and watch and watch.
Just mingle with your whole innate, that will melt in the universe.
Watching and watching and watching your whole body and mind and thoughts disappear in this existence……………………
Just watch and watch and watch you are wholeness ………………
You are the existence…………………….
You are the whole universal…………………..
You are the total witness you are the total….. Existence. Just watch and watch and watch remain watch and watch and watch. Just without any condemnation without any concentration, without any things like this you just watch and watch and watch. You are the existence you are the whole universal you are the totality, you are the total existence.   
This is the main practice because every practice is the preferring ground of this practice. You whole practice is nothing but preferring ground of this practice. Because life is the one thing which is consist of logic and illogic.
But we don’t accepting illogical things but unfortunately logic is the small thing illogical is the biggest thing in whole universal. This universal energy is consisting some
unknowable dimension but we know only some dimension but our ego does not accept which is unknowable, this is purely our ego system. But what we think or what we feel that is not a real things , real thing  is we find our innermost core through this practice that is the main thing, if you find your innermost silent that is the real  thing, other things is not a real things. Therefore don’t bother about what is your mind says mind always need proof and measurement or something else but the truth is
one which is not come under any words or logic. If you continued this with twenty minutes or more then exhale deeply and fastly four are five times then end with this practice. Because this deep exhale prefers your body come to the  normality if you do not get your normality then remain you exhale few more time and when will come your body normal then finished this practice. Otherwise continue your exhale few more times that is good.
